Starting from November 1st, we will be serving you a traditional goose roast - succulent goose leg accompanied by delicious potato dumplings, bread dumplings, tangy red cabbage, and of course, the essential goose jus, a must-have in Swabian cuisine! A true culinary delight in the Swabian style! As a special starter, you can look forward to a field salad with homemade croutons and tender bacon.


Please note that we only prepare this goose dish upon prior reservation.
